For nearly two decades, I've built a career on finding, telling and sharing stories, as a journalist, media strategist and a communications leader.
Ryan Flinn has spent the past two decades telling stories professionally, first as a journalist and then as a PR Pro. In his current role as Senior Directo of Communications at Audentes Therapeutics and previously a Communications Leader for Johnson & Johnson Innovation, he helps scientists, entrepreneurs, dealmakers and start-ups define and share their passion and projects to improve healthcare, with audiences both inside and out of the company.
Prior to joining J&J in 2016, he advised clients on media strategy at communications firm W2O Group, guiding them through acquisitions, leadership changes, rebrandings, IPOs, medical meetings, FDA approvals and product launches.
Ryan spent the first half of his career as a business journalist, having published articles in the New York Times, The Boston Globe, the San Francisco Chronicle, the Washington Post, BusinessWeek and Bloomberg, where he worked for seven years.
